The Arkansas Commission for Parent Counsel (ACPC) is seeking applications for a part-time Attorney contractor to represent parents in dependency-neglect cases in Jefferson and Lincoln Counties in the 11W Judicial District.
To apply, please submit a cover letter designating why you are interested in the position and a current resume and three references to Brian Welch, Parent Counsel Program Director, via email brian.welch@arkansas.gov. Preferred applicants will be currently qualified dependency-neglect attorney under Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order No. 15, however, training is available for otherwise qualified candidates.
Applicants will be reviewed as packets are received in order to fill the positions as soon as possible.
